Born December 31, 1962. Graduated undergraduate (S1) from Hasanuddin University with a Bachelor of Political Science Study Program. Then completed his Masters in Social Sciences at Airlangga University and then earned a Doctorate in Political Science at the University of Utara Malaysia. Field of Local Politics studies.
