[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=”bottom-to-top”]Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 68 In 1983, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University returned to being an independent faculty, after joining the Faculty of Economics, and the Faculty of Letters in one faculty, namely FISBUD. The majors being fostered at that time were Administrative Sciences, Sociology and Politics and Government. In subsequent developments, it was added again with the integration of the Department of Anthropology from the Faculty of Letters to Fisip, and the Department of MKDU which was subsequently managed at the university level. Until now, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences consists of 7 Departments, namely the Department of Political Science, Department of Government Science, Department of Public Administration, Department of Communication Science, Department of Sociology, Department of International Relations, and Department of Anthropology.
Under the Department of Political Science, there are three study programs, namely the Bachelor (S1), Master (S2), and Doctoral (S3). The Bachelor Study Program has been accredited “A” based on Certificate Number: 2084/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VIII/2018 which is valid until August 1, 2023. The S1 Political Science Study Program has also been internationally accredited by AUN-QA since 2020 .[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
